PremFina Ltd is a fast growing, venture capital backed premium finance company that promotes financial inclusion by enabling the payment of insurance premiums via instalments. Based in London, it supplies insurance brokers with funding lines and also enables self-funding by insurance brokers and MGAs via its Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) affiliate IXL PremFina Ltd. PremFina’s shareholders include global investors Rakuten Capital, Draper Esprit Plc, Thomvest Ventures, Emery Capital, Rubicon Venture Capital, Talis Capital and the company’s founder. PremFina is expanding it’s business into Continental Europe, currently starting operations in Spain and Poland, followed up by Germany, France, Italy, Portugal and The Netherlands.
Key responsibilities
Lead B2B2C Client engagement at presale, sale and customer service contact points.
Generate and coordinate premium finance proposals for commercial clients.
Lead customer relationship and journey coordination at partner level.
Facilitate client and partner engagement at client renewals.
Respond to customer queries, complaints and requests via email or phone.
Maintain a good relationship between customers and the company.
Required skills and experience
- 5+ years’ experience in client relationship management.
- Proficient in Excel and presentations.
- Background in financial or insurance product/service distribution.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Fluency in Spanish.
- Business English Level C1/B1.
- Conversational other EU languages is a plus.
- Work on International expansion by researching various markets using primary and secondary primary research.
- Provide information to help company determine the position in the marketplace and the market potential for Premium Finance.
- Able to instruct counsel on and review legal documents and commercial agreements-
- Identify business opportunities authoring market reports containing actionable recommendations and client presentations conducting in-depth data analyses using traditional and advanced research methods.
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies.
- Prepare manual and educate brokers on selling Premium Finance to clients. Strong communication skills.
- Support BD Director in country and International team.
- MBA is not required but strong commercial and operational skills and analytical mindset are essential.
- Project and time management skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficiency in using remote support tools and CRM systems.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and with several clients concurrently and on remote with team members.
