A Q&A with Dale Parker, the new Senior Account Manager at PremFina.

Can you share a bit about your background and how you ended up in this role?

Having started my professional career in the motor trade, I’ve always been involved in finance.

This started in motor finance within a dealership, which progressed into asset finance and eventually leading into premium finance!

After some drastic changes in the market in 2023, I wanted to find a finance company with the right culture and the drive to really disrupt the current market and PremFina are absolutely the funder who will do that.

Is there a specific value or ethos of the company that resonates with you?

From early conversations with management during my interview process, it became very clear that there was a hard-working, ambitious culture instilled throughout the business.

That collective drive to push the business creates a great environment to work in!

What has been the most valuable lesson you’ve learnt in your career so far?

All of my lasting relationships have come from delivering the best service I can, delivering on the promises I’ve made, going the extra mile and always remaining positive!
